Error: The part is signed with "[Provider name]" and the corresponding option is not enabled on the site or the local key file is not updated

This error can pop up in Dental Designer or in the Dental System Control Panel (when checking a specific Implant System). It appears because your dongle is not configured (has no permissions) to use a specific Implant library of the Provider mentioned in the error message.

Solution

  1. Contact the library provider mentioned in the error message and ask them to provide permission to use their library;
  2. Forward the provider's confirmation to [email protected] and ask for the corresponding option to be enabled on the Dongle.
