Adding tracking to a case

This article will show you how to add or edit a tracking number to a case that has already been marked as shipped.

 

1) Case Flow > Shipping Center > Shipments & Pickups

2) Find shipment and click shipment # in blue

3) Input tracking number and click "Save"
