How to import scans in TRIOS under 3Shape Unite

If attempting to import scans in DCM or STL format, for a specific case, which needs to be resent in any version of TRIOS under 3Shape Unite, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Create a new patient.

Step 2: Create a new case.

Step 3: Select the laboratory to which you want to send the information.

Step 4: Once you are in the Order Form of the case select the Import Scan option in the box on the right side of the screen.

Step 5: After selecting the section of the scan you want to upload (upper jaw, lower jaw, or bite), a window will open where you can browse to the location where you have the scans saved. You will be able to import the Upper, Lower and Bite in STL or DCM format only.
