Order sent to manufacturer in DS-2018 or later does not show up on the FTP server

Description of the issue

In Dental System 2018 or later the user is pressing "Send to Manufacturer" button for the designed order, and after some time the software informs that sending was completed successfully. However, the order is not visible on the FTP server of the manufacturer.

If both 3Shape Communicate and FTP Inbox credentials are provided for the manufacturer, when pressing "Send to Manufacturer" the order will always be sent via 3Shape Communicate - this is an expected behavior.

Solution: go to Dental System Control Panel > Site Settings > Manufacturers and make sure that only FTP Inbox Settings are configured for the manufacturer in question
