3Shape Communicate application does not login in Android phones

When logging in to the Communicate app on an Android device, you may see the below error after entering your credentials. This occurs when Chrome is not set as the default browser on the device.

Solution
Step 1: On your Android, open Settings
Step 2: Tap Apps & Notifications
Step 3: At the bottom, tap Advanced
Step 4: Tap Default apps
Step 5: Tap Browser App Chrome
Step 6: Log into Communicate app again
