Resolving "Cannot Upload File to Remote Site xxxx" When Sending Orders Through FTP from Lab to Lab
The following error may appear when sending an order from one laboratory to another using FTP:
"Cannot upload file to remote site xxxx"
Cause
This issue may occur when 3Shape Communicate integration is enabled for the external laboratory or manufacturer instead of using FTP.
Resolution
Step 1: Open "Dental System Control Panel".
Step 2: Open the external laboratory or manufacturer that is generating the error.
Step 3: Disable "3Shape Communicate Integration" for the selected laboratory or manufacturer.
Step 4: Save the changes.
Step 5: Send the order again.
If the issue persists:
Step 6: Test the FTP connection for the external laboratory or manufacturer in "Dental System Control Panel".
Step 7: Verify that port 21 is open and accessible.
