Initial Pairing of the device
Open machine setup menu (s1)
In new window choose Dentsply Sirona available machine and click Enable integration button (s2)
You will be sked to sign in with 3Shape Account (s3)
In new window in integrations tabs find DS Core (Dentsply Sirona) integration and click “Enable integration” button (s4)
Sign in with your DS Core Account (s5) click “Login” button
To Connect with DS Core you will need to “authorize access’ to 3Shape access your DS Core Account.

Once all set up you will be notified that the integration is successfully enabled (s7)
When you’re back in Unite Click setup button (s8), when you see status Connected, online you may click close button (s8 or 9, 10)
Design and Manufacture
In Patient Library select scan and choose Trios Design Studio from the workflow menu (s11)
Proceed with selecting restoration in Order form (s12)
On next step select machine and validated material (s13)
Follow next steps of the worklow with defining marding line, insertion direction and agust design proposal if necessary (s1-16)
Green indicator shows that CEREC Primemill machine integration is ready. Click Send to Send design to DS Core (s17)
Status will change to “sending”
Once completed the status will be changed to “Sent”
Desing uploaded and available for manufacturing on DS Core (s20- nope)
Select design click 3dots and Manufacture design (s21)
When everything is selected clicjk Start manufacturing the design (s22)
